I. CAREER PLACEMENT SERVICES

A. Program Description
The office of the Career Replacement Services is primarily responsible for the orientation to the world of work and in generating employment opportunities for graduating students. It is also responsible in giving graduating students the right knowledge, skills and aptitude to meet corporate expectations and place them in reputed public and private employers and industries based on their expected job profiles.
B. Program Functions
The program shall chiefly undertake the following:
1. Prepares graduating students for employment by conducting a career coaching program.
2. Generates job opportunities, locally or abroad, by engaging employers and corporations to a job fair and overseas employment symposia.
3. Initiates and nurtures contacts with other educational institutions and local government units for possible tie-up in the career placement and employment of graduates and residents.
4. Seeks up-to-date information on the latest job market trends by:
a. Attending conferences and symposia sponsored by local or national government employment skills training agencies like the Department of Labor and Employment, Philippine Overseas Employment Agency, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration or the Technical Education Skills Development Authority.
b. Maintaining regular interaction and correspondence with industries and men in the corporate world.
5. Performs such other career placement-related tasks as the need arises or as may be requested by university authorities.

II. ALUMNI SERVICES

A. Program Description
The office of the Alumni Services gives assistance in the planning, preparation and implementation of the programs and activities of the UNP Federated Alumni Association (UNPFAA). It likewise helps in the attainment of its objectives as expressly provided in its Constitution and By-Laws.
B. Program Functions
The program shall chiefly undertake the following functions:
1. Coordinates with the officers of the UNPFAA for the conduct of its programs and activities; and for possible support to students and/or the University.
2. Assures the proper implementation of all UNPFAA and Chapter Alumni programs and activities.
3. Establishes linkage with alumni through social networking and/or written correspondence.
4. Coordinates with OSA personnel, particularly the head of Scholarship Grants and Financial Services, regarding the grant of alumni scholarship to deserving alumni grantees and students.
